How it Works
Research & Discovery
I’ll start by getting to know everything about you, your brand, the people you serve, and what success looks like to you. Then I’ll take a look at your current list and any analytics you may have available. Followed by research into your audience and competitors.
Email Marketing Plan
Based on my findings in the discovery phase, I’ll propose a plan of action. This will include goals, how we plan to measure success, and tactics for execution. I’ll introduce processes for content calendars, approvals, and reporting. Depending on your budget I may suggest additional work that can be done in-house to supplement my contracted work.
Implementation & Reporting
The fun part is putting the plan into action! I like to take an agile approach, meaning I use reporting to gain insight and inform shifts in strategy. I may also suggest growth experiments like A/B testing to gain additional insight into where we can improve.
