Research & Discovery

I’ll start by getting to know everything about you, your brand, the people you serve, and what success looks like to you. Then I’ll take an audit of any current accounts. Followed by research into your target audience and competitors.

Planning & Processes

Based on my findings from the discovery phase, I’ll create a social media plan. Depending on your marketing spend this may involve both organic and paid social. In addition to what I am contracted to provide, I may also suggest a level of involvement from in-house staff to enhance the quality and quantity of content. I’ll introduce processes for content calendars, scheduling/posting content, approvals, and reporting.

Implementation

This is where the fun starts! We put our plan into action and spend time engaging with your growing community. This involves monitoring comments and messages, sharing posts, and posting in real-time when needed. Regular check-ins will provide room for collaboration and conversation.

Analytics

Social media and user behavior are everchanging so maintaining growth takes an agile mindset. Regular reporting allows us to gain insight into what’s working and what’s not. We’ll continue to do more of what’s working, and in places where it’s not, we try new ideas. A/B testing is another great way to assess what new ideas work better than others.
