Website Design

Your website is arguably one of your most important brand assets. When I’m designing a website, I’m interested in marrying aesthetics and functionality with your brand narrative and customer journey. The key is to highlight how your product or service is life-changing and making the world a better place!

Examples of my Work

How it Works

Research & Discovery

I’ll start by getting to know everything about you, your brand, the people you serve, and what success looks like to you. Followed by research into your competitors so you can both fit in and stand out in your industry. If you have an existing website I’ll conduct an audit to see where improvements can be made.

Initial Presentation

A presentation that combines what I’ve learned in the discovery phase with several possible directions. This includes examples and mood boards to help you guide me in the right direction.

Develop Web Map

Receive a written chart that will be the foundation of the website build. My web maps include menu structure, what each page will include, and the option to receive wireframes for each page.

Mockups

With feedback on the web map, I’ll begin to develop webpage mockups for each page. At this point, I’ll ask for drafted (or final) copy to help me structure each page. After several feedback loops, we’ll have a cohesive set of webpages.

Prepare for Build

I do not code websites and require you to hire a developer for me to collaborate with on the build. I am happy to work with you to find the right person if needed. I will provide a breakdown of digital assets, copy, and build notes to the developer. We’ll go through several rounds of edits on a demo site to ensure everything is perfect before we go live. I offer one round of edits once the site goes live. Any other website work would be considered website maintenance and come at an additional cost.
